This is Cicada Music, Cicada art inspired by their constant humming like reverb in the night. This is part of my Music in the World series that I am painting as a tribute to the variety of life on Earth and their important roles in the health of the planet as an ecosystem.
I create these pieces using an expressive process including inks and stencilling and collage then painting in with acrylic paint.
