This geranium painting is rich and luscious for those with a passion … for art, for nature, for life. Inspired by my own potted rose geranium it features geranium blossoms amidst a pink and gold haze. My red geranium wall art will provide a ‘pop’ of intense colour in your room and will remind you of heady summer days all year long. Geraniums, also known as cranesbills because their seed head look just like crane’s bills, are the hardy type that has so many forms and grows well in the U.K. climate. This is unlike the more continental pelargoniums also referred to as geraniums. I particularly like the scented leaf ‘geraniums’ but these are not hardy in Britain.
