Music in the World is an intuitively painted, mixed media series. To relax I like to watch nature documentaries, prefarably Sir David Attenborough who must have inspired millions across several generations. I am deeply worried about the effects of global warming and intensive farming on the planet, especially the other species with which we share it. My inspiration for this series was drawn out by my experiences of orchestral music through my son’s participation in them. I could see animals as different instruments in the orchestra, each playing their own significant part.
